I. Approval of minutes from the 11/3/15 meeting.
II. General discussion and open forum for anyone present. Joe Colangelo will allot time for
discussion and individual requests to speak.
III. Director’s report.
IV. New Business:
A. Discuss the role of the Recreation Director in terms of how the position and
personnel have operated in the past, and what changes will be made going
forward. Create a “job description” from information at hand and suggestions
from the Commission members, outgoing Director, and the Selectmen.
V. Adjourn.

Office Building at 40 Old Farms Road.
